Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell’s Management Department has seen a significant increase in client instructions across a number of sectors throughout the region.

At the end of last year, following the completion of The Malins Group’s acquisition of The Briar’s Business Park, 14 self-contained units in Waterlooville, both the management and building surveying remit for the site were added to the existing agency instruction. Earlier this year, the mandate to manage a parade of 20 retail units at The Boulevard, again in Waterlooville was won in a competitive tender.

Parklands Business Park is another site management instruction. Located just to the north of Waterlooville, this mixed-use business park made up of both office and industrial units. Other recent instructions include Partnership Park, Fratton and Palmers Road Industrial Estate, Emsworth.

In addition to our increasing asset management role, we have also been appointed on some key local properties, including Belvedere Point in Havant, the new 5,000 sq ft HQ building of Subsea Craft and over 8,000 sq ft at Fareham Reach.

Commenting on the new appointments, Director Stuart Mitchell says: “The end of last year and the beginning of 2019 have seen a significant increase both in enquiries and client instructions to manage assets and individual properties across the South Coast. These instructions combined make up a rent roll of £1m.

“We find that being able to offer clients a range of services from one office is increasing beneficial for them as we understand their requirements in much greater depth and are therefore able to provide an all encompassing service rather than them having to instruct providers on a piecemeal basis.”
