LATEST NEW OPENING FOR WESSEX CANCER TRUST IN OVERTON HIGH STREET

Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell and London Clancy are pleased to report a substantial new retail letting in the affluent and popular North Hampshire village of Overton.

Chartered surveyors Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell are the retained agents for Wessex Cancer Trust which currently trade from six shops across Hampshire and The Isle of Wight, with significant expansion plans.  Wessex Cancer Trust offer valuable and effective support and information for all people living with or affected by cancer.

London Clancy, acting on behalf of the Head Lessee (Southern Co-op Group) secured terms for a new 10 year sub-lease on the property.  Russell Ware of London Clancy commented.  “We faced considerable challenges in the lease we were able to offer to a prospective new tenant but all parties worked together to make the deal happen. This new letting will provide a significant boost to the village, which will be well received and for a very worthy charity.”
