The business-grade Internet service provider Elite Limited has taken a new 10-year lease on 4,400 sq ft at 8 Acorn Business Park, North Harbour as the business continues its expansion plans. Established in 1998, Elite offers a range of broadband, cloud and data centre solutions for medium and large enterprises, system integrators, channel partners and wholesale network operators.

The business has seen the demand for its services increase significantly in the last twelve months, and securing the whole of number 8 to accommodate its current and future staff was a key business strategy decision. Prior to the move, Elite undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the building including bringing superfast fibre optic internet to the site.

Tom Holloway, director at Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell comments: “Elite was initially looking to take only the first floor, but when the opportunity arose to secure the whole building, it made business sense for them to take both floors. Acorn Business Park has become an increasingly popular destination for occupiers seeking quality office space with easy access to road and rail links.”

David Simmons, Managing Director at Elite added: “We have been an internet service provider for many years, working with a specialist and dedicated team to give business unrivalled, high-quality internet access. Relocating to North Harbour has given us the space we need to grow the business further and we believe we have an exciting future ahead of us. To secure the whole building was as much an investment decision as a strategic one. We now have a long-term future base which will accommodate further increases in staff and a great location to work from.”
