Specialist Structured Product provider iDad, has relocated its business as the company continues to expand its offering. iDad has stayed in the town taking just over 2,500 sq ft at 2 Rotherbrook Court on Bedford Road. Agents Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell, acted on behalf of the private landlord in securing a new 10-year lease at close to the asking rent of £40,000 per annum.

The business park at Rotherbrook Court is a well-established office campus, providing easy access to the A3 and the town centre with its range of shops, restaurants and other amenities. In addition, the railway station has excellent links to London and the South Coast. Other occupiers include National Farmers Union, Handelsbanken and PNH Properties Group.

Established in 2002, iDad had been based at Bellamy House in the centre of Petersfield for many years. The recent growth in its specialist investment offering saw an increase in employee numbers resulting in the company outgrowing the space it had at Bellamy House.

Commenting on the transaction, Director Stuart Mitchell says:
“Rotherbrook Court is proving popular for businesses looking for well-located premises and good transport links. Following iDad’s move, Rotherbrook Court is now fully occupied.”
