Following a bespoke office search on behalf of customer services company Zenergi ahead of its lease expiry, Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell has negotiated a new lease on [7,500 sq ft] at 3 Benham Road. Zenergi continues to expand its specialist offering to the energy sector and was looking for larger offices to accommodate its requirements. After an extensive search, the preferred option was to take the head lease on the whole building, achieved in a matter of weeks.
The detached office building is constructed over three floors with part brick, part clad and glass elevations under a pitched roof. Located on Southampton Science Park just to the north of Southampton, Benham Road makes up a part of the newly developed Benham Campus. The Science Park is well located, benefiting from a good road and rail network with Southampton Airport also close by allowing easy access into Europe and further afield.
There is now 3,633 sq ft available on the first floor and some additional second floor storage / comms room facilities through separate negotiation.
