Manor Renewable Energy and EFT Consultancy Services have taken short term leases on the newly refurbished offices at Porters Lodge, meaning the building is now fully occupied.

Portland headquartered Manor Renewable Energy has established a new logistics operation at Porters Lodge, taking a 2 year lease on four suites. EFT Consultancy Service has taken a 12 month tenancy on Suite 3. The remaining two suites are occupied by Pritchard Architecture.

Situated at the entrance to Portsmouth’s historic naval dockyard, accessed by Victory Gate, Porters Lodge was constructed in 1708 and is Grade II Listed.

Director Tom Holloway comments:
“Having undergone a comprehensive refurbishment earlier in the year, the space on offer at Porters Lodge attracted attention from a number of potential occupiers. It’s great to see this historic building fully occupied again.”
