Following the appointment of Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell in April to manage and market the six-acre Electric Sawmills on Wickham Road, Fareham, the industrial estate is almost entirely let, with just one 1,300 sq ft workshop unit now available.
Over the last few months many of the office and industrial units, which vary in size from 800 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft with additional storage land, have undergone some refurbishment which has had a positive respond from both existing and new occupiers. Benefiting from being located within a secure compound and being available on flexible short-term leases, occupiers have been attracted to the site with several taking combined units to suit their requirements.
