We advise clients on development opportunities and over the past 12 months have been involved in the acquisition and disposal of over 50 acres of development land including redundant factory buildings, much of which has been converted into a range of buildings for industrial, storage, office and leisure uses.
While the availability of development sites across the south remains limited, we continue to to look to identify sites for developer clients, both greenfield and brownfield, which in some instances are suitable for the residential sector.
