The
availability of new buildings has reduced over recent years, particularly
in the industrial and office markets, and without new accommodation
becoming available, second-hand property becomes even more difficult
to obtain, causing stagnation in the occupier market. We are continually
advising clients on development opportunities, and in the past 12
