area since 1985; he now lives in the Petersfield area and covers most of South East
Hampshire. He specialises in a cross section of work including Bank & Asset

Agency including development & investment.

Tom Holloway BA (Hons) MRICS
Tom Holloway joined the company in late 1999. Having been born and bred on the south
coast this has provided him a thorough understanding of the regional market place.
He lives in Winchester which enables access to the whole of the central southern
region. He looks after all sectors of commercial agency and investment across this
region and has acted for many clients ranging from local investors through to corporate
organisations as well as providing professional advise on rent reviews and Asset
valuation.

Craig Powell BSc (Hons) MRICS
Craig Powell qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2000 and has provided over 14
years Commercial Property advice along the South of England since qualification.
Craig’s expertise is across the board advising on Commercial Agency matters, Sales,
Lettings and Acquisitions on all types of Commercial Property and associated Professional
work.
Craig lives in the Hamble area and covers the Portsmouth, Southampton and South
Hampshire Region.

Geoff Springthorpe MRICS
Geoff Springthorpe started work in the property industry in 1984 and qualified as
a Chartered Surveyor in 1987. He has lived and worked in Portsmouth continuously
since 1990 and currently specialises in Commercial Property Management. He has previous
experience in Agency, Valuation, Survey and all aspects of Landlord & Tenant
work.

Derek Holloway FRICS Consultant
Derek Holloway is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and lives in Southampton. He has
many years experience in the commercial sector particularly along the M27 corridor
including Portsmouth and Southampton. He is responsible for sales and lettings together
with rent reviews and valuations within the industrial and office markets as well
as providing general development and investment advice.

Neil Iliffe FRICS MCIArb
14th September 1948 - 3rd November 2010
It is with great sadness that we advise that Neil Iliffe passed away on 3rd November
2010 after battling with Cancer.
He was an active Director of Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell for many years, since the
company formed and will be missed both personally and professionally.
