Two shops in Albert Road, Southsea have been let. Number 44 with a net internal area totalling 440 sq.ft was let on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a term of 3 years at a rent of £6,500 per annum, exclusive.
Also, number 48 has been let as a fruit and vegetable shop on a new full repairing and insuring lease for a period of 5 years. Again, the shop was of a similar size totalling 448 sq.ft. in all.
Associate Director of Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell, Tom Holloway reflects that even though this time of year is regarded as gloomy, life goes on. He comments: “The national headlines and trends present a difficult picture, but the regional economy remains dynamic in spite of these problems.”
