Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell have secured another letting at the popular St. George’s Business Centre, which benefits from being on the doorstep of the highly successful Gunwharf Quays retail and leisure scheme.
Holloway Iliffe & Mitchell have been instrumental in a number of deals over the years at the St. George’s Business Centre, which has proved successful with small, local businesses needing a conveniently located office.
The latest deal shows a healthy rent at £11.43 per sq.ft which demonstrates that even in this difficult market, good rents can still be achieved where the building is well presented and located.
Unit 13 provides 700 sq.ft of office space over two floors. The ingoing tenants took a new 6 year lease.
