We have recently let shop premises at 86 West Street, Porchester, part of Russell Buildings as a nail bar. The unit, totalling some 580 sq.ft. is in a popular parade and has been let on a new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease.
Associate Director, Tom Holloway comments: “specific shopping districts such as Porchester are always popular as parking is easier and they are very convenient to the shopper.”
Elsewhere, we have let office space in Bishops Waltham. Office premises totalling 1,251 sq.ft. has now been let for use as a dental practice at Shield House, Brook Street.
A new 10 year full repairing and insuring lease has been granted and planning consent was obtained for change of use.
